What is valkyrie's
presence in web3?
Valkyries have always been known as symbols of female power and prestige and it represents the Norse Way of Life.
In Old Norse, The word Valkyrie means "Chooser of the slain", which describes their role in the universe of Norse mythology. They were servants of Odin that would swoop over the battlefield and choose half of the fallen warriors to take the Valhalla.
Our mission is to empower women and girls and in today's world, economic growth, political stability and social transformation, and women giving their voice is critical to this endeavor.

The web3 platform aims to carve out online space free of abuse and trolling. It promises to 'narrow the gender divide' on social media where males outnumber females. Here at our Valkyrie community, women and men of all walks of life can freely express themselves and forging genuine connections.
People want someone honest they can connect with -- someone who understands that life isn't always easy. Valkyrie focuses on independence, identity, and inclusion. Where members are free to express themselves in a safe environment. Women and men can build their tribes and form personal connections.
We encourage women to design and lead our community with everyone who are fearless, unashamed, confident, unapologetic, and opinionated. We also encourage independent thinking while safeguarding women's rights to express themselves freely and responsively. We can come together here and get informed and inspired to live their lives the way they want.
The Valkyrie team, its members and our community will help not only women, but everyone to grow and develop a secure community that respects them.

The Valkyrie team comes from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Celebrating these differences is our credo and the way we will collectively shift the future of women and non-binary people in tech. As technology and this web3 space is a notoriously male-dominated field, women making strides and identifying opportunities is even more important. Our Valkyrie team and community strives to be a safe and inclusive space for all individuals where all facets of our identities are honored and affirmed.
Here at Valkyrie, we don't just empower women, but we also lift up the men who stand by us. The men who stand with us, and the men who stand beside us.

Be part of our brothers at Aesir
The
valkyrie
project
The Valkyrie Project is a passion project NFT that will consist of 150-200 fully custom NFTs based on our very own Valkyrie members.
The reason for this are our plans to bring Valkyrie (and later on, Aesir) to the NFT space and possibly reside in either the Solana or Etherium blockchain (more details to follow later on regarding this). Valkyrie NFTs will have traits that resemble each current Valkyrie members we have. That means each of our current Valkyrie members will be the inspiration for this NFT. Their traits, features, etc. will be the embodiment of this Valkyrie.
We are not aiming to rival any huge NFT projects out there but we want to highlight the strong and exceptional women of Valkyrie.
The Valkyrie Project will announce its utility, roadmap, white paper, and charitable donations list by fall 2022 on or around Nov/Dec. However the art will take longer since all these will be drawn by hand, by yours truly and some of our guest artists.
